Sunshine on a Low tide

A friend wrote on her "Low Tide" days...

"Again hitting on a low tide of emotions today
It feels like I have all the vices around me
As the day is passing every breath I take is becoming difficult to breathe in
Life seems so confused and irritatingly difficult to live
Don’t see a reason to live and run after things,
Be it work, be it love be it dancing
All seems useless and wasted
Burdened by the problems of my life
Helpless to find a solution.
Don’t knw how I got here
Don’t knw how I will get away

Trying to look out for the sun which is hidden behind those dark clouds
Don’t knw when will the clouds give a way to the sunshine
And I hit a relived breath
O all mighty, bestow ur kindness upon me
Give me that magic wand
Help me look behind those clouds. "

To which the 'Guardians' answered through me...

Lows & highs are but a part of our life,
Yet its not the vices but your own mind to blame for the strife.
It’s okay to be confused & not have a reason to live,
Perhaps a door in the opening to which time you must give.

Problems are our disguised teachers who teach,
Make you 'work' n 'think' for everything you wish to reach.
You are here coz YOU chose to be,
Its all in the mind, Think and.. you ARE free!

When you know clouds aren’t here to stay,
Why let happiness wait, n give shelter to dismay?
Close your eyes and you shall see the sign..
that reads "Every cloud has a silverline".

Your mind is the magic wand,
How to use it however you must understand.
Clouds shall trouble you everytime,
Until look inside & know YOU are the sunshine.
